Maria Clara Buzzini joined Akorbi in 2003 as a Project Manager, and now serves as the Executive Director of Client Success. She holds a bachelor's degree in English-Spanish translation from Belgrano University, Argentina. In her role, Maria focuses on building strong client relationships and improving satisfaction and retention. Her main tasks include strategizing to align client goals with quality delivery, leading the client success team, and continually improving client onboarding.
She works closely with various departments to integrate client feedback into Akorbi’s solutions and products, identifies risks to client satisfaction, and develops strategies to mitigate these risks. Maria also tracks client success metrics, reports on progress to leadership, and explores new opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Outside of work, Maria enjoys celebrating her Italian heritage with her family and sharing Italian traditions with her children.
